    Mastering Persona Messaging

    Position your product as the buyers’ ideal solution

    Buyers tell us that product messaging is either confusing or irrelevant, punctuated by gratuitous adjectives and benefits that are virtually identical among all competitors.

    In the Mastering Persona Messaging workshop, attendees learn how to apply persona insights to convince buyers that a solution is an exact match for their needs.  Working on their own products rather than a case study, marketers receive instruction and coaching as they develop compelling messages for their targeted buyer persona — from the most senior “C-level” executive to the most hands-on technical buyer.

    Attendees will:

    • Work through a series of exercises to develop competitive messages for their own products, services or solutions
    • Develop a messaging strategy that will engage and persuade buyers who are unconvinced about the merits of a product, service or solution
    • Learn when and how to use competitive differences in their message strategy
    • See how to convert messaging strategies into content that buyers find helpful

    Who should attend:

    • Marketers responsible for product, service, solution, segment or industry messaging
    • To align cross-functional groups on messaging, include stakeholders such as product management and marketing communications in the workshop

    This workshop is available in two formats:

    • on-site – an instructor-led workshop for between ten and twenty attendees
    • on-line – a virtual workshop for up to  fifteen attendees
