In April 2013, Buyer Persona Institute launched a program to certify marketers who demonstrate proficiency building buyer personas that reveal deep insights into how and why buyers choose the solutions they market.  We created this program to ensure the integrity and quality of buyer personas, and to bring recognition to marketers who rely on buyer expertise to drive strategies for messaging, positioning, content marketing, targeting, segmentation, and sales enablement.

Certified Practitioners are featured on this page, display the Certified Practitioner badge on their websites, and contribute content to the Buyer Persona Blog.

If you are interested in becoming a Certified Practitioner, your first step is to attend a workshop to learn how to build buyer personas that reveal the 5 Rings of Buying Insight.
